SPEEDY LIGHTS 1999 is an electronic device that will turn on the vehicle's parking lights as well as the low beams by means of a single controlled automatic output at sunset or entering a gallery.

While the system reacts instantaneously upon impending darkness, turning off of the lights is momentarily delayed; this feature will prevent having the vehicle’s lights go on and off in rapid  sequence in case of tunnels close to each other
To eliminate battery overloads when starting the vehicle in darkness, turning on of the head lights will be delayed for a few seconds
Brightness thresholds automatic adjusted
